Christmas at Grandma Cameron's

We went to grandma's for Christmas this year and had our traditional enchallada's. It was a great time and afterward all of the grandkids stayed there and drove grandma crazy.

Christmas Eve.

IT"S GOING TO BE A WHITE CHRISTMAS! We went to Fort Smith, AR for Christmas this year and stayed with my sweet sister-in-law. We played games, sat in her hot tub while it snowed around us, and the kids played in the snow. It was a great Christmas eve.

Don't think to hard.

Happy Birthday Teenager.

It is a sad day when your baby turns 13 years old. Look at him so grown up. Boo Hoo.... ;....( This year Dax was supposed to get an i-pod touch well he got in trouble so he got a bible cover and a couple of books from Lifeway. Don't tell him but he has a change to earn it back as long as he shows me he can act like a 13 year old. Oh well we still had a great day. We took him to Asahi, a hibatchi grill....So yummy!
Happy Birthday teenager.

Starfish just woke up.

Early Christmas at home

Here are a few pics from our Christmas at home. The boys even got an x-box but we let daddy open it just to be funny and Daddy even got his own computer with the LA Dodgers logo on the front. I got whatever I wanted. A pair of Ugg boots, new running shoes, some clothes, and an i-pod touch. Each of the kids got a St Louis Rams football jersey. Dax's is way to big but that is the only size they had. We will see if we can't get him a different one.

My baby boy got braces.

My baby boy is not so baby anymore. He has lost all of his baby teeth and it is finally time to get his braces on. Not to mention the fact that he is turning 13 on the 22nd. Oh how time has flown by. For his colors he got red and black. I tried to talk him into red and green but he told me that he didn't want to get made fun of at school. So he went with the razorbacks. Maybe next year he will branch out.

Dumbest DEER ever!

It was cold and very dark outside. We were driving through Illinois talking and having a great time when I looked up to see a deer standing in the middle of the road. What a dumb deer this must have been. Walking across the road like I was going to stop. It was pitch black so I didn't even see it until we got like 5 feet away from it. It was the biggest deer that I have ever seen...I swear. I think that it exploded upon impact because that is what it felt like. I saw the deer out of the corner of my eye get hurled off to the side of the road. We ended up stopping a few drive ways down to make sure that everyone was OK and to check on the car. It was smoking it didn't sound good. But I called my dad (to save the day) and we made it home to his house. The next day my dad, Mario, and my sister had a look at it and we all decided that it would be OK to drive home as long as it was daylight. So that is what we did...We headed home. Our trip to see my grandparents turned into a short visit and we didn't even get to see them. I am scared to try again this weekend. The car is in the hospital and I am driving a HHR around. It is an OK car. It will do until I get my baby back.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Our Thanksgiving was wonderful this year. My family came to my house well except my brother he had to work. I fixed a wonderful feast if I do say so myself. I have been trying to perfect my recipes for 3 years now and I think that I finally got it. The turkey was moist and the pies were delicious. We even ate at 12:00 like I planned and I didn't have to rush. It was wonderful. I can't wait to do it again next year.

Fall is here.

My kids are so weird they asked me if they could make a big pile of leaves to jump in. So Littleman started raking the leaves. I look outside and they are getting no where so I told Dax to get the leaf blower. Awww what a great idea. I get my leaves blown into a pile and the kids get to jump in them. A win-win situation.

Wonderful things are happening.

This weekend is going to be so much fun. We are going to Mississippi to hand out with my cousins and go bowling which has to be a family favorite. I think it is becoming a tradition in my family. Every time we go to hang out we go bowling and I love it.

I also have begun to workout and I am so proud of myself for sticking with it. I have no expectations but to get tone and healthy. Every time I start a workout program I have the idea that I will loss all kinds of weight and be as skinny as I was 3 years ago. This time I am just doing it to feel better and to get tone. I think that outcome will be better.

On another note my business is doing well and coming along just fine. I am in the process of building a studio. I find that it will be more stable then only relying on nature to compose great pictures.

I also want to say that as of yesterday and recent conversations I have realized just how lucky I really am. To have a stable life with a wonderful family and God doing wonderful things in out lives. It couldn't get much better than this.

City Fest 2009!

Another wonderful day of fellowship with our CHBC family at City FEST! It was amazing and I suggest if City FEST comes to your town that you attend because there is nothing like it. They had BMX, Motocross, and concerts with Kj-52, 33 miles, Tenth Avenue North, and my favorite our personal praise band Spoken 4.

My Kiddo's rocking out to Kj-52
