Birthday Party number 2.

We had another party for them when we returned home. They both got bikes from us and my parents got Littleman a go-cart and Starfish a few gifts like a water gun. I can't believe that my babies are growing up so fast. Littleman has broken into double digits...How weird is that?

I am so proud of my niece she is going to the 7th grade with honors. She received the presidential reward for having a high GPA.

Graduation Day! I can't believe that my nephew is graduating. Man I feel old. I am so glad that we could be there to celebrate this special occasion. We had a great time.

I was amazed to find out that my older two boys taught my youngest how to do a flip on the trampoline. AMAZING! His gymnastics teacher will be so pleased.

Alright...Break out the flip flops and bathing suits it is summer and time to start utilizing that expensive pool that has been sitting in the backyard all winter collecting leaves.

Slip and Slide fun!

Daxton had a friend over today and the pools isn't quit ready so they broke out the slip and slide and the water hose. They had so much fun and my lovely hubby even went down the slide a couple of times. Summer is in our midst. I can't wait.

Poor Darsey.

Today was a sad day...My dog Darsey has been loosing her hair and I thought that it was because she was trying to run up trees to get the squirrels. So I took her to the doctor just to make sure that it was not something bad. Well it turns out that she is having an allergic reaction to something in the woods. So the good doctor gave her a shot and while we were there he wanted to test her for heart worms. Wouldn't you know it...She has them...Really bad. So her we go on this lovely expensive journey of treatment. POOR DARSEY!

I came home and found my two sweet boys cuddled up in Starfish's tiny CARS bed. How cute...It doesn't get any better than this. They really love each other. My only question is...Why did they choose Starfish's small bed over Littleman's queen size bed? HMMM!

Skipping School for a Strawberry Festival?

Is it wrong that I let my kids skip school so that we could spend the day together at the Strawberry Festival? This was a great day...We got up early and I surprised the kids by taking them to the festival. We met up with some friends and sat on some blankets under a tree. There was an overcast in the sky and the only thing that could have made it better was if my sweet overwork husband was there to share this with. Great family and friends...I am totally blessed.
